4. Order Cancellation
If you wish to make a cancellation of an item from your order, you will need to call us as soon as possible. However, if it is too late and we already have proceeded with the order, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. Please be informed that in most cases, orders will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment from your end via MOLPay/PayPal. However, if you notice the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at klaystudiocraft@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
5. Order Tracking
Anticipating for packages is a real struggle! We feel you! Please be informed that you will receive the tracking number via email. You also may look for more information on your ‘My Orders’ page. If you need to do any amendment for your order (shipping address or delivery time) please do not hesitate to contact the carrier.
6. Problem with Order Tracking
We are terribly sorry for that! In some cases, the third-party logistics (3PL) takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. However, if your tracking number does not update at all, please reach out to us immediately at klaystudiocraft@gmail.com
7. Do Not Receive Order
Kindly allow up to 4 days from the expected shipping ETA. If you still have not receive your order 7 days after the expected date, please drop us an email at klaystudiocraft@gmail.com
