Klay Studio Clay revolutionary lightweight sculpting material that is both easy and fun to use. Although it is paper-based, Klay Studio Clay is soft, smooth and malleable – It feels good in your hands and does not leave an oil residue. Klay Studio Clay allows both adults and children to express their creativity in almost any imaginable way. Colors are easy to mix, and they can be painted to achieve the preferred aesthetic look.

It is not sticky to your hands, but sticks easily on glass, wood, paper and plastic (PP, PE, ABS, PET, PVC etc.). Studies have shown that Klay Studio Clay assists both the educational and physical development of children, which makes Klay Studio Clay an excellent supplementary tool for children’s learning and play activities. Because it is clean, odorless, and self-hardening, litter cleanup is required.

Unused Portions :

Keep product tightly wrapped between each use. Be sure to remove as much air as possible to prevent unused portions from drying out.

Shipping Policy

1 . Payment

At Klay Studio, we accept credit ~~cards (Visa and Master Cards)~~ (currently not available,) ~~as well as~~ online transfer.

All payment gateways capture payments in Malaysia Ringgit. Please be informed that if you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, a currency-conversion may be subjected to you from your card issuer. We at Klay Studio recommend consulting your credit provider for more information and any applicable fees that might be imposed for this matter.

For payment via PayPal, PayPal will automatically provide currency conversion based on the current rate for Malaysia Ringgit. Please note that PayPal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, which is set by an external financial institution. Hence, we recommend you contact PayPal directly for more information to determine their currency conversion rates and fees.

2. Shipping Fees

Klay Studio currently offers free shipping to the West Malaysia and imply a flat rate of RM10 to orders coming from Sabah and Sarawak.

3. Shipping Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)

We understand that you can’t wait to make arts! Please refer below for shipping ETA
a) West Malaysia : 3-4business days
b) Sabah and Sarawak : 3 – 7 business days.

4. Order Cancellation

If you wish to make a cancellation of an item from your order, you will need to call us as soon as possible. However, if it is too late and we already have proceeded with the order, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. Please be informed that in most cases, orders will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment from your end via MOLPay/PayPal. However, if you notice the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at klaystudiocraft@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

5. Order Tracking

Anticipating for packages is a real struggle! We feel you! Please be informed that you will receive the tracking number via email. You also may look for more information on your ‘My Orders’ page. If you need to do any amendment for your order (shipping address or delivery time) please do not hesitate to contact the carrier.

6. Problem with Order Tracking

We are terribly sorry for that! In some cases, the third-party logistics (3PL) takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. However, if your tracking number does not update at all, please reach out to us immediately at klaystudiocraft@gmail.com

7. Do Not Receive Order
