Terms of Sale
Completion of our ordering process and making full payment constitutes your understanding and acceptance of our terms and conditions and thus forms your contract with us at Klay Studio.
Payment
At Klay Studio, we accept payment by Online Banking (FPX), Credit and Debit Card (Visa and Mastercard only).
All payment gateways capture payments in Malaysia Ringgit. Please be informed that if you check out in a currency other than your credit card’s currency, a currency-conversion may be subjected to you from your card issuer. We at Klay Studio recommend consulting your credit provider for more information and any applicable fees that might be imposed for this matter.
For payment via PayPal, PayPal will automatically provide currency conversion based on the current rate for Malaysia Ringgit. Please note that PayPal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, which is set by an external financial institution. Hence, we recommend you contact PayPal directly for more information to determine their currency conversion rates and fees.
Cancellation
If you wish to make a cancellation of an item from your order, you will need to call us as soon as possible. However, if it is too late and we already have proceeded with the order, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit. Kindly contact Klay Studio Customer Service representative for assistance.
Please be informed that in most cases, orders will be automatically cancelled if we do not receive payment from your end via MOLPay/PayPal. However, if you notice the amount has been deducted from your bank account, kindly email us at klaystudiocraft@gmail.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Issues with Orders
If you wish to add an item to your order after checking out, please be informed that you will need to make a separate order altogether.
In case any item in your order is missing, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. Please email us your order ID and the details of the item you did not receive to klaystudiocraft@gmail.com.
In other situation that you have received incorrect item in your order, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience. You will then need to return the incorrectly received item back to us. Kindly refer to our Terms of Sales for information on the Returns Policy at Klay Studio.
Images for Promotional/Marketing/Communication Purposes
Klay Studio has the right to take and use images of you as our customers for the purposes of promotion, marketing and communication via our site, Instagram, and Facebook page for the benefit solely of the said business. Please inform us if you do not wish us to use any images of you.
