-You now may browse and search for the products that you want! You may find specific items by selecting the categories, too
-Once you find the item you want, please proceed by clicking the ‘Add to Cart’ button
– You may continue shopping or review the items in your cart by clicking the ‘View Cart’ and ‘Chekout’
– Once you are happy with the items in your shopping cart, you may click ‘Proceed to Chekout’ to complete your order. Feel free to use coupon code by key in it in the coupon code box and click ‘Apply Code’ before checking out.

- How do I make payment?
Klay Studio accepts credit cards (Visa and Master Cards) (currently not available,) as well as online transfer. For payment via PayPal, please note that PayPal will automatically provide currency conversion based on the current rate for Malaysia Ringgit. Please note that PayPal’s currency conversion fee is added to the exchange rate, which is set by an external financial institution. You are advised to contact PayPal directly for more information to determine their currency conversion rates and fees.
- Can I Cancel My Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at klaystudiocraft@gmail.com as soon as possible! We will try our best to accommodate you. However, please be informed that we reserve the right to deny your cancellation request once the order has been placed, especially when the order has been updated to Ready to Ship status.
- I received incorrect / defect / damaged items

- Are Klay Studio Super Light Air Dry Clay and the tools safe for my children?
Worry not! Our super light air dry clay is laboratory tested, non-toxic (but not non-edible). Please be informed that we highly suggest only 5 years old children and above to use our super light air dry clay, as well as the tools. Please seek medical attention quickly if ingested.
- Will the clay stick to hands and leave greasy, oil residue?
No, it won’t! Feel free to experience it yourself!
- The clay comes in 7 colours, white, yellow, red, blue, green and brown. What if I want other colours than the colours mentioned above?
Be creative and mix, mix, mix the colours to achieve your desired colours! You may mix blue and red to achieve purple colour, for example. We highly recommend you to visit our YouTube channel for tutorials and lessons.

- What is the care instruction for the clay?
We highly suggested that you store the clay in an air-tight container. While making your DIY projects, please ensure that you wrap the unused portion of the clay to prevent it from drying out.
- Any helpful tips before I start by DIY projects?
Sure! Here are some helpful tips!
- Pieces in larger projects can be reinforced with wire or plastic.
- After a project has completely dried, it can be painted with any type of paint (water colour, acrylic, oil-based paints etc.). Additionally, one may use magic markers, coloured pencils, or other types of art materials to draw on the dried project.
- Additional Klay Studio Clay can be added to completed (dried) projects if any additions need to be made.
- Products are softer and more pliable when warm.
- How do I sign up for clay art classes or workshop under Klay Studio?
Please be informed that due to Control Movement Order (MCO), we currently are not available for any classes or workshop sessions (both offline and online). We wish for things to get better so that we can offer classes and tutors again! Worry not, you may watch our YouTube videos for tutorials!
